Ludington Area School District (LASD) recognizes the importance of making its digital public school services available to the largest possible audience and has attempted to design the Web site to be accessible by everyone. This Web site was coded to comply with both the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Priority 1 Level Checkpoints of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0.
LASD will continue to test future releases of this site and remains committed to maintaining its compliance and serving the widest possible audience for LASD's digital public school system.
The Ludington Area School District (LASD) web site is owned and operated by the LASD and provided as a public service to the citizens the Ludington Area School District and their families. The use of the content, images and logos on the LASD.net web site, on any other web site or networked computer environment is prohibited.
Some of the materials on the web portal, for example The Beam or the School Calendar, may be saved on any single personal computer for personal, non-commercial use only. All copyrighted material and other means of proprietary or copyright identification must be kept intact and unmodified. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for purposes not granted by the LASD is a violation of Michigan's copyright and other proprietary rights.

The Ludington Area School District (LASD), as developer and manager of the LASD portal has taken a number of steps to safeguard the integrity of its data and prevent unauthorized access to information that is maintained in agency computer systems.
