OJMS Literacy/Instructional CoachCoaching departments and individual teachers on how to effectively teach reading in the content areas as well as create engaging lessons with special emphasis in motivating students to learn at high levels.  Must have a Masters Degree and at least five years of successful teaching experience. Knowledge of the 5-D+ teacher evaluation system is preferred.  Hourly contracted salary, working 3-4 days per week, flexible schedule.
