Notice of Conditions of Bid and Sale of Property

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Board of Education for the sale of three (3) real estate parcels, including former school buildings, Foster School, Lakeview Elementary School, and Pere Marquette Early Childhood Center, as follows:

Note: Each of the three school buildings are currently occupied and being used as instructional spaces for children. The District is currently constructing a new elementary school complex and will vacate the three buildings for sale by December 1, 2021. This is pending any unexpected setbacks during the construction process or as a result of the pandemic and COVID-19.
